A client in the Spring, TX area is looking for an Oracle HCM Implementation Analyst to assist with taking ownership of their HR systems environment and drive optimization across recruiting and core... HR. This person will truly act as a functional and technical lead who will be responsible for diagnosing current system gaps, recommending improvements, and leading the end to end implementation. Overall, they will help with optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud workflows, improving recruiter and hiring manager experience through streamlined processes and ensuring accurate and reliable recruiting data and dashboards. This person will eventually have a hand in helping with the agentic AI implementation for recruiting.
