Key responsibilities include performing root cause analysis on production issues, handling platform upgrades in collaboration with development and engineering teams, and participating in upgrade planning discussions. The team serves as second-level support, resolving escalated user tickets and unblocking access issues. Strong technical expertise and effective communication with stakeholders across locations, including Charlotte, New Jersey, Plano, and India, are essential for success in this core technical role. This role requires the candidate to go on-site 3 days a week in Plano, Charlotte, Chandler, or Pennington, and requires availability for on-call support, including weekend rotations, on a round-robin basis.Other Responsibilities: ? Provide end-to-end support of production applications, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.? Conduct in-depth problem analysis of application, troubleshoot system errors, and performance issues.? Perform proactive application stability analysis to investigate performance concerns, system errors and improvement opportunities.? Take ownership of problem root cause analysis and implement appropriate remediation.? Lead chronic issue investigations to minimize business impact and maintain system health.?
