The position will also optimize database systems and collaborate with the Point team to identify future needs and requirements.Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, and storage of large datasetsCollaborate with analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data availabilityOptimize and fine-tune data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiencyImplement data security and compliance best practicesDevelop and maintain documentation for data engineering processes and pipelinesImplement and maintain MDM processes, including the management of master data repositoriesEnsure data quality and consistency across the organization by defining and enforcing MDM standardsMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and MDM processes to ensure data accuracy and reliabilityDeveloping and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes.
