The engineer plays a direct role in service reliability, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with Managed Services Security, Network Operations, Engineering, Presales Architecture, Product, and Service Management teams, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to operational maturity and automation initiatives.Key Responsibilities?Provide Tier 3, 24?7 operational support for Fortinet Secure SD WAN and FortiSASE, including ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS, VPN, and firewall policy enforcement?Lead high severity incident response, customer communications, and root cause analysis (RCA)?Own the full service lifecycle, including onboarding, change management, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning?Design, validate, and enforce secure, resilient Fortinet SASE architectures with proper routing, segmentation, and high availability?Support advanced routing and SD WAN implementations (BGP required, OSPF)?Enable and troubleshoot hybrid and cloud connectivity across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud?Support Zero Trust networking and identity integrations (SAML, MFA, remote/mobile access)?Drive automation, observability, documentation, and operational standardization?Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers and collaborate cross functionally to evolve the Fortinet SASE managed services offeringWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
