Network Security Analyst

The Network Security Analyst will provide hands-on operational support for the organization’s network security environment, with a primary focus on maintaining the Palo Alto firewall platform and assisting with the ongoing Zscaler implementation. This role will also support the rollout of a new micro segmentation security tool, providing additional capacity and stability while full-time staff focus on strategic implementation efforts. This role will monitor and respond to security alerts, collaborate with cross functional teams, support change management and documentation efforts, and provide additional coverage to ensure network stability and security.

• 3+ years of experience in network security or cybersecurity operations
• Hands-on experience administering Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience supporting or implementing Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA)
• Strong understanding of firewall rules, security policies, NAT, and VPN configurations
• Experience supporting or operating secure network environments in an enterprise setting
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
• Experience analyzing logs, alerts, and security events

• Experience with Elisity a micro segmentation technology
• Relevant certifications (PCNSE, Security+, CCNA Security, CISSP – not required)
