Plan and prioritize tasks in a first-come, first-served workflow, while expediting high-priority requests when needed.?Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with 3 regional supervisors (each overseeing their own team) and a financial project manager. Coordinate scheduling with these supervisors to ensure resource availability and adherence to 45/60/90-day planning windows for project phases.?Phase Tracking & Process Management: Guide projects through defined phases ? Scoping, Fielding, Analysis, Design, and Final Package. Use Quickbase (project database) to track all tasks, start/end dates, and deliverables for each phase.
