The manager will direct fab ramps and tool installation efforts, evaluate and implement energy-efficient technologies, and guide a team of engineers and technicians in supporting complex facility systems such as HVAC, UPW, power distribution, CDA, PV, IWT, PCW, and controls. Additional responsibilities include interpreting tool design and installation requirements, benchmarking cost-efficient operational practices, developing utility matrices, cost metrics, and master space plans, preparing project plans, schedules, and cost estimates, and generating purchase requests, ROI analyses, executive summaries, and proposals.
