The operator will also interact with customers during outages. The resource will support both internal (field crews, engineers, management) and external customers (public utility customers). The position involves shift work with a six-week rotation, including 12-hour shifts (5:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM) and an 8-hour day shift. Weekend shifts are 12 hours each.
