Insight Global is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the utility industry. This role will be located in Royersford/Limerick, PA and be onsite five... days per week. This role will start as a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time employee. As an administrative assistant you will be in an essential role ensuring smooth office workflows, effective communication, and timely execution of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with various levels of staff and external clients.Key Responsibilities? Developing and creating job folders for our client?s crew ? printing and making packets for the field to use ? Basic data entry ? filling out T&E sheets and timesheets ? Answer and direct phone calls; manage inbound/outbound communications professionally ? Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls? Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and forms ? Maintain filing systems and document repositories (physical and digital) ? Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution ?
