The Technician will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial... manufacturing equipment including fillers, cappers, packers, palletizers, conveyors, PLCs, ammonia equipment, etc. Under 10% OT is to be expected. - Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, plumbing, structural).- Use tools like lathes, grinders, and drill presses to fix or make parts.- Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues to keep production running efficiently.- Complete scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks.- Use maintenance software to track tasks and updates.- Document work performed and support predictive/preventive maintenance efforts.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
