The Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing EVS operations during the evening shift. This role focuses on staff supervision, training, auditing,... communication with leadership, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met across the facility.The ideal candidate is a steady, professional leader who can effectively manage teams across multiple shifts, communicate clearly with hospital partners, and maintain a calm, respectful work environment.- Will oversee about 25 team members on 2nd shift.- Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to EVS staff- Maintain a calm, professional presence and foster a respectful, drama-free work environment- Partner closely with a strong Day Shift EVS Supervisor to ensure continuity of operations- Train and onboard EVS staff as needed- Conduct quality audits and leadership audits- Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding performance and priorities- Work closely with EVS leadership to maintain compliance with hospital standardsPay rate $25-30/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
