The Motor Production Engineer will establish specifications, equipment, processes, quotations, and other documentation for programs related to electric motor products and will oversee the development, acquisition, and installation of new manufacturing equipment.As part of this role, the Motor Production Engineer ensures that new production equipment produces parts at world-class uptime and reliability levels and that the parts meet customer and company specifications. The Motor Production Engineer also ensures that projects are implemented following established schedules and completed on time and that the equipment is verified and qualified for mass production utilization.This position is part of a team-based structure and interacts with multiple other roles, including process engineering, design engineering, quality assurance, building and equipment maintenance, production management, and others.
