The group will be apart of building out a new team for the... healthcare company and must have experience in a high call volume call center. The role will receive ~80 inbound calls a day from customers of the healthcare company to help with any questions, technical issues on the systems, and help guide through step-by-step instructions on how to upload documentation to the sites. We are looking for very strong customer service to support patients through uneasy times and will be responsible for working through an intake queue to perform data entry and metric. This highly visible full-time remote role will support the advancement of Sentara?s strategic initiatives, including the launch of Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory, and the continued expansion of our enterprise Reference Lab. You will work closely with executive and operational leaders to shape the future-state architecture and roadmap for Pharmacy and Laboratory services across the organization. The Domain Architect supports enterprise architecture strategy by designing and governing domain-level architecture and driving the long-term technology roadmap for Pharmacy and Lab. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
