This person will be responsible for front-line technical questions from the internal employees in a... More healthcare environment. They will spend 70-80% of their day doing password resets. All password resets will be for applications that employees within the company use. They will respond to both phone inquiries from staff members and manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner. This person will also serve as the liaison between the IT and operations staff. They will receive 50-60 calls per day and an additional 30-40 tickets per day. They use Track-It! And Service Central for ticketing systems.
