We are seeking a dynamic and experienced engineer to support and lead our Mechanical Integrity, Quality Assurance (MIQA), and Reliability Program. Process Safety Management (PSM) standards, regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in reliability and safety across our operations.Key Responsibilities? Lead MIQA and Reliability initiatives aligned with PSM standards? Maintain and train teams on the Site MIQA Manual? Integrate MIQA requirements into CMMS tools and workflows? Manage MIQA Heat Map and Action Plans to address gaps and drive improvements? Track and report MIQA performance metrics across site and business levels? Participate in incident investigations, PHAs, PSSRs, and MOC-T changes? Ensure QA and MI compliance in project management and inspection plans?
