Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation to resolve production bottlenecks and improve system performance. Leads physical and systemic process improvement projects including the direction of project teams to support continuous process improvements. Includes but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing implementation, DOE. Responsible for the setup and integration of automated equipment into the production processes. Responsible for evaluating current process and working to develop and implement process improvements on an on-going basis to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. Perform Cost Analysis \u0026 provide Cost Improvement ideas for production. Continuous Improvement drive quality improvement, productivity improvement, scrap reduction, and other cost reduction efforts, through process improvement initiatives.
