This firm generates over $3 billion in revenue and caters to clients in key hubs of business, finance, technology, and government. The analyst will partner closely with data engineers, BI architects, developers, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, enable self service analytics, and support enterprise reporting and data governance initiatives.Daily Responsibilities: ?Collaborate with data owners and stewards to define key data elements, quality standards, and governance practices?Analyze data and present insights in clear, accessible formats for business stakeholders?Develop reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision making?Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable business insights?Drive continuous data quality improvements by identifying issues and implementing sustainable mitigation plans?Develop and publish data quality dashboards to increase transparency and stakeholder confidence?Maintain system documentation, core data models, data lineage, report inventory, and data dictionary?Support stakeholder inquiries, perform stewardship tasks, and conduct QA testing for enhancements and small projectsThis is a full-time position, hybrid 3 days a week, in Boston.Compensation:$115,000-$130,000 per year annual salary. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
