Job Description
Our client is looking for a Seaware Product Analyst/Developer to join their team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will be a key member of the team and major support for the business. This includes coordinating and
executing testing for new software releases, collect, analyze and report system performance data, perform regular audits on all software applications and hardware used within the operation. You are a Seaware expert in all that is building and rules. You’ll also help introduce other teams to these new systems and help them understand how they work and don’t work and hold hands along the way. You will serve as a primary point of contact between business units and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will oversee the development of system specifications, process flows, and functional requirements to ensure alignment with business goals. You will analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, recommending new solutions or enhancements and perform demonstrations of system updates and processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, product ownership, business analysis, or related roles
- 6+ years of reservation systems experience (majority of this being Seaware)
- Experience serving as a point of contact between management and team members.
- Experience with working in a team environment and with external vendors
- System administration and business rules configuration
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Travel or hospitality web/reservation system experience preferred.
