Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an SAP Analyst – Customer Service to support Parker Hannifin’s Digital and IT SAP Sales and Customer Service portfolio, with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes.
This individual will lead or co-lead complex SAP initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders to define and improve processes, align technical solutions to business strategy, and support global deployments of standard SAP functionality. Responsibilities include system and process analysis, identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting implementation activities such as testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
The role serves as a key point of contact for business partners and third-party vendors, supporting both new implementations and existing live locations. This position does not have direct reports but requires strong collaboration, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a global environment. Occasional after-hours support and travel may be required. This role is roughly 140K with bonus

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP
• Strong experience supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC / O2C) processes end-to-end
• Experience with SAP SD configuration, including:
o Enterprise structure
o Order types
o Customer master data
o Pricing and quoting
o Shipping/transportation
o Billing and reporting
• Proven experience supporting SAP implementations, including data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Strong business process analysis and solution design skills
• Ability to support and communicate with business stakeholders at multiple levels
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience integrating SD with FI, MM, LE, WM, TM, PP, or CRM
• Prior greenfield S/4HANA implementation experience
• Experience supporting global or multi-site deployments
• Strong documentation and training development experience
