We?re looking for a Financial Systems Manager to own and scale our Workday Adaptive Planning environment. This role will partner closely with IT to support, secure, and enhance the platform, lead the... migration of Excel-based FP&A processes into Adaptive, and leverage AI to automate and simplify planning, reporting, and analysis. You?ll coach one team member while serving as a hands-on system administrator and transformation lead.Administer Workday Adaptive Planning: roles, security, versions, metadata, and dashboards.Partner with IT on integrations (ERP, HRIS, data warehouse), SSO, and environment management.Lead migration of Excel models to Adaptive Planning, ensuring governance and standardization.Implement AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate) to streamline processes.Build reporting and dashboards using Adaptive Office Connect and BI tools.Maintain compliance with SOX/ITGC and enforce change-control processes.Provide training and support to users; manage intake and SLAs.Manage and develop one direct report.Pay Range - 120-170KWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
