Insight Global is looking for a Regulatory Liaison (Audit Records Support / PFS) to support Patient Financial Services at a large health system in the Maryland and DC area. They will be assisting... More with payer audit documentation and record submission. The Regulatory Liaison is responsible for pulling medical records from the EMR and uploading required documentation into an external auditor portal for audited accounts. The work is highly repetitive and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency rather than analysis or decision-making. This individual will also track audits and update denied amounts within MRO using a large Excel tracking spreadsheet. The environment is fast-paced and production-driven, with a daily target of approximately 60 records pulled and submitted. This is a documentation-only role?no coding, billing, appeals, or payer follow-up is involved.
