Job Description
The Project Manager will lead enterprise initiatives across facilities access, HR, timekeeping, and payroll platforms by partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high‑impact systems.
Day-to-Day:
-Lead project planning, execution, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
-Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
-Translate business needs into clear specifications for engineering and vendors
-Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Operations) and external partners
-Support UAT, system rollouts, training, and change management activities

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or hybrid PM/BA roles
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments
-Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
-Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
-Proficiency using PM tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Hands‑on experience with Dayforce, Workday, DSX, or Genea
-Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Time Entry, or Facilities systems
-Background in systems integrations, reporting, or process optimization
-Experience working with external vendors and enterprise SaaS platforms
-Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
