This is a fast-paced role ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume healthcare environments, enjoys building long-term talent pipelines, and is passionate about recruiting within behavioral health, mental health, or ABA services.- Own and fill 60+ active requisitions per month across clinical and operational healthcare roles (ABA focus)- Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support-Build and maintain strong relationships with top-of-funnel sources, including: UCLA and other university programs, Trade schools and certification programs, Community partnerships and referral pipelines- Host and support meet-and-greets, hiring events, and engagement sessions to promote employer branding in the ABA space- Utilize and maintain accurate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Coordinate and manage: Interview scheduling, Background checks, Pre-employment compliance stepsHybrid role - Open to sitting out of any locations (Site options include: Burbank, Calabasas, Hollywood, Torrance, Rosemead, Whittier, Pasadena)Contract-to-Hire: $35?$38/hourDirect Hire (for the right candidate):$75,000?$85,000 base salaryWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
