This position involves developing and supporting... proprietary and third-party software applications, coordinating strategic planning to align with corporate objectives, and acting as a liaison between business users, developers, and IT teams. Responsibilities include organizing projects, creating specifications, testing and deploying applications, managing application releases, and utilizing SQL queries for analytics, issue resolution, and reporting. The analyst will also provide customer support, track and escalate production issues, maintain administrator documentation, and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders through training and workshops.
