In this role, the analyst will work with internal employees across all practice areas, key clients, and vendors to ensure smooth, accurate and financially competitive delivery of benefits products and services.Daily Responsibilities: ?Perform quantitative analysis of various aspects of employer sponsored benefit plans, including preparation of summaries and in-depth analyses, to assess cost, utilization, competitiveness and employee impact?Preparation of government forms and related filings (e.g., Form 5500, Form 5300, etc.)?Perform general and market specific benefit plan research as requested by principals, consultants and clients and provide value added analysis and summaries?Support principals, consultants, and clients with strategic benefits planning sessions including preparation, facilitation and follow-up items?Generate written and other data-driven presentations for internal audiences and client-facing meetings?Assist consultants and principals with development of client-initiated RFPs for health, welfare, and retirement plans including project management, drafting, analysis, research, coordination and execution of the RFP?Review and facilitate benefit plan service agreements, plan documents, polices and other benefit plan compliance-related materials?Assist in ensuring benefit programs comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPPA, etc.)This is a full-time position, hybrid 4 days a week, in NYC or Boston.Compensation:$100,000-$120,000 per year annual salary. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
