This role is not for Agile coaches ? we need a true practitioner who can roll up their sleeves and drive execution across the SDLC.You will be the front gate to a large pharmacy services and healthcare company, collaborating with product leads, BAs, and project managers to intake requests, build business cases, and launch automation solutions that reduce manual effort and increase value delivery. This role will support 4 teams onshore and offshore. Must be able to support offshore meetings early in the mornings - Preferred candidate to be on EST or CST time zone. ________________________________________Key Responsibilities:?Scrum Leadership:oLead and manage 4 concurrent scrum teams consisting of developers, BAs, product leads, and technical leads.oFacilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).oEnsure teams are delivering high-quality automation solutions aligned with business goals.?RPA \u0026 Intelligent Automation:oDrive delivery of RPA solutions using software robots to automate repetitive tasks.oExpand automation capabilities into AI and agentic AI domains.oCollaborate with development teams (onshore and offshore) to implement scalable automation frameworks.?Product \u0026 Project Collaboration:oAct as the first point of contact for client product teams.oHelp build business cases, introduce services, and identify automation opportunities.oPartner with project managers to initiate SDLC processes and secure funding.?Agile Execution \u0026 Coaching:oCoach teams transitioning from waterfall to Agile methodologies.oTrain teams on Azure DevOps (ADO) for reporting and backlog management (potential migration to Jira).oProvide hands-on guidance to product leads and BAs on Agile best practices.?Stakeholder Engagement:oWork closely with peers in developmentoCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.oEnsure alignment across business and IT teams.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
