Design and review balance-of-plant electrical systems, including raceway and cable layout, grounding and lightning protection, lighting, auxiliary power, and motor control systems.? Perform or oversee power system studies, such as short-circuit, load flow, coordination, motor starting, and arc-flash analyses.? Support electrical engineering for renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, including grid interconnection and integration with conventional generation assets.? Coordinate closely with mechanical, civil, structural, and I&C disciplines to deliver fully integrated power plant designs.? Provide construction-phase support through RFI responses, design clarifications, field issue resolution, and commissioning assistance.?
