The Transportation Analyst will be joining the MedTech Outbound Freight Transportation Operations team.This resource will have responsibility for U.S. outbound finished goods transportation... operations across multiple MedTech Business Units. The role will provide both tactical execution support and strategic, data-driven insights to help improve service, cost, and supplier performance across our outbound transportation network.Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Transportation Data Analysis (50%)oPerform operational and spend transportation data analysisoDevelop insights and actionable recommendations related to cost, service, supplier performance, and budget managementoSupport identification and execution of continuous improvement opportunities2.Outbound Transportation Operations Ownership (40%)oManage U.S. outbound finished goods shipments from MedTech distribution sitesoOwn tactical execution of outbound transportation operationsoTrack shipments, manage issue/event investigations and resolutionoSupport new product introductions and special projectsoMonitor, report, and manage operational KPIs and service performance3.Supplier Management (10%)oConduct carrier and supplier performance reviewsoManage investigations and corrective actionsoCoordinate special movements and ad hoc transportation requestsoSupport holiday planning and execution coordinationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
