This position contributes to our vision by:? The Application & Middleware IT Administrator is responsible for the deployment, operation, and reliability of applications supporting manufacturing and... engineering environments. The role acts as a technical interface between application teams and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure operations across on premise and cloud platforms.? Acting as a link between the applications team and the infrastructure teams, the Middleware Administrator/Integrator:? Is responsible for setup, installation and regular updates of the required middleware and application software code, and their associated configuration, to enable proper execution of desired applications, both for on premise and cloud (AWS) hosted environments.? Assists application development teams + software and IT architects in defining the required infrastructure and technical layers related to their applicative services to deliver optimum reliability in operations.? Implements and supports automated processes and automation tools for application rollouts and updates? Implements adequate controls and monitors to ensure application execution reliability and performance objectives are met, and contingency/adjustments measures are taken in case of deviation?
