They are also responsible to ensure the quality of the work being performed by contractors or team members in the field.What You?ll Do- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities including Electrical, Structural, Process, Mechanical and Instrumentation scopes- Develop execution plans/schedules, Participate in design reviews & Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel and other construction Managers- Manage contractors , Drive the fieldwork (space ready and utility hookup) to ensure schedule stays on track and elevate any installation issues to proper management- Develop and maintain site logistics and execution plans- Employ a can-do attitude, working through challenges with all stakeholders- Work with Engineering teams to resolve design roadblocks immediately & Enforce and maintain quality for engineering drawings and field installations; identify causes of issues and work with various teams to improve specifications and/or standards where required- Ensure installation meets end users? requirements and quality expectationsPay Range for this role is: $50 - $55We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
