This person will be responsible for workflow automation and development using the TAP tool. They will report directly to a supervisor who is a Process Automation Developer/Analyst who focuses more on the analysis and design. This person will also be responsible for testing deployment and responding to incidents or tickets in ServiceNow to help fix any bugs or issues from end users such as financial aid office, registrar, and more departments that they support business process automation for. Their role will be roughly a 50/50 split on planned development versus incident/ticket resolution.
