Insight Global is looking for a UiPath Production Support Engineer to join an enterprise retail company hybrid out of Vancouver. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, with... experience managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting UiPath RPA processes in a production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of RPA solutions, incident handling, and root cause analysis while coordinating with development and infrastructure teams.
