Trade Shows & Event SupportSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.Produce and manage event-related materials including signage, booth assets, presentations, and printed collateral.Prepare event-related sales content for product demos at the tradeshow.Coordinate logistics such as shipping, asset preparation, and post-event material organization.2. Sales Collateral, Proposals & QuotingPrepare and format sales proposals, pitch decks, and commercial documentation.Produce accurate sales quotes and assist with pricing documentation in collaboration with the sales team.Maintain up-to-date sales collateral libraries and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.Work with sales and marketing teams to tailor proposals and presentations to highlight expansion opportunities and future phases for existing customers.3.
