Insight Global is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and support capital and construction projects focused on utilities and supporting systems within a food manufacturing... or FDA-compliant environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, brings strong leadership capabilities, and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:? Manage area schedule and construction close out list? Negotiate, review, and process contract Change Orders.? Develop clear, comprehensive Scopes of Work for contractor and vendor packages.? Lead and manage bid events, including RFP development, bid tabulation, and recommendations.? Review and approve project invoices.? Support Superintendents and Construction Managers in field execution.? Manage contract closeout and ensure all documents and deliverables are complete.?
