Most of the job will focus on scheduling for now as the team hires new team members, but as the team scales, more onboarding tasks will take over this person's schedule (submitting and tracking background checks, consistent candidate communication, paperwork completion, confirming orientations, etc.). As a part time role, this person will only be working 30 hours a week. It is expected that this person works on-site in Tempe 5 days a week, but there is some flexibility with working from home one day a week.
