Report on the Tenant Improvement portfolio, supporting Project Managers with financial tracking and budget tracking. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve reporting, efficiency, and visibility. Extract data from internal systems and data sources, assess data quality, and correct inconsistencies to ensure accurate reporting. Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to support recurring weekly and monthly reporting. Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines using Power Query, structured logic, and documented processes. Perform advanced data analysis and modeling in Excel, including extensive use of Power Query, complex formulas, and structured datasets. Collaborate closely with Finance, Decision Support, Clinical Programs, Construction teams, and other stakeholders to align reporting with business and governance requirements. Translate business problems and information gaps into analytical solutions and clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audience.
