This person will support Total Rewards initiatives and assist with various ad hoc projects and requests and be responsible for administrating the different HR and Compensation system platforms, such as PayFactors, Workday Compensation, Fidelity, etc. Lastly, its important this person continuously reviews and provides improvements to current processes within Compensation and HR.
