Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer for one of our large manufacturing clients in Waller, Tx. This person will manage a balance of 50% production tickets and user support, resolving... network issues and ensuring smooth operation, and dedicate the other 50% to exploring innovative solutions and optimizing network performance through proactive testing, possess strong expertise with Cisco networking equipment and configurations, and effectively handle network support tickets, including firewall changes and troubleshooting. This person will be responsible for network equipment refreshes and migrations and utilize Cisco DNA Center to manage and monitor the network environment. Must be local and willing to report onsite 2-3 days/week and participate in an on-call rotation with team members.
