The Chief Engineer will lead and manage a team of seven Engineers and an Assistant Chief, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Class A commercial office facility and its critical infrastructure.... This role requires strong leadership and hands-on expertise across commercial plant operations, including chillers, cooling towers, boiler rooms, ATS, and UPS systems, with the ability to move seamlessly from technical work in the field to executive-facing environments. The position is heavily focused on administration and leadership (approximately 80%), including vendor management, capital project support, work order execution, and process improvement, while remaining technically engaged.
