On a daily basis, they will proactively identify and resolve technical debt, system reliability issues, and performance bottlenecks, while writing high-quality, production-ready code that sets the standard for the team. This engineer will also conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance. They will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to define solutions, break down complex initiatives into iterative deliverables, and ensure efficient execution.
