IAM Production Support Engineer

Insight Global is searching for 3 Production Support Engineers to join our rapidly growing CyberSecurity client. This is a quickly growing team, who has chosen the contract-to-hire strategy to scale... More up their team. They will be joining an IAM Operations Support team, which has been dedicated to helping support the SailPoint/CyberArk engineering teams that sit as peers to them. There are three openings, each covering different shift times (9am-5pm, 9pm-5am, and 1am 9am EST) and supporting different parts of the business geographically (USA/Japan/India). The 8am 5pm EST shift is expecting a more senior technical resource who only needs to speak English. The other two shifts (evening + overnight) will require a native Japanese speaker, who is a quick learner and open to picking up some of the technical nuances required in this role. These individuals will be supporting Sailpoint IIQ, ISIM (IBM), ISAMS (RSA) and CyberArk technologies as a part of the IAM Operations team. They will be handling incident tickets, participating in troubleshooting, provide production support, perform system maintenance/production deployment, and validation. Field Service Technician (Portland, OR)

Insight Global is seeking to hire a full time RF Field Service Technician supporting an international electronics group specializing in the fields of electronic test equipment, broadcast & media,... More cybersecurity, radiomonitoring, radiorelocating, and radiocommunication. This individual will be sitting in one of the following locations, close to a major airport: Denver, CO; NY/NJ/PA, and Portland/Beaverton, OR. This individual will be tasked out to conduct on-site or in-house repair of equipment, diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs for clients based on a ticketing system. The type of equipment will include broadcast amplifier systems (individual boxes or inside of a rack), airport security scanners (QPS), and antennas. They will receive a field delivery schedule as well as independently schedule themselves. This position requires 80% travel out of the state for 1-2 days per stay. The travel will be expensed. When this individual is not traveling, they will be working remotely and troubleshooting remotely. It will be the employee's responsibility to accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment. The IT Infrastructure Director, Managed Services will work with the deep technology team to grow their Managed Services technology platform, including RMM and patch management tools, cloud-based backup, antivirus, and endpoint protection. This position is the lead technologist in the MSP division, leading efforts to standardize environments, automate patching and apply security remediations across a wide variety of customer platforms. They will lead the design of resilient IT infrastructure that is reliably managed at scale with limited hands-on interaction. The ideal candidate is expected to utilize the management and ticketing systems to identify recurring trends and recommend and implement improvements.
