Actively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products? Eloquently present findings to stakeholders? Conduct competitive research and comparative analysis for enterprise-grade UX patterns? Document and present findings and usage guidelines with clear, concise communication (written \u0026 verbal)? Compare and document equivalent UX patterns across multiple design system frameworks, e.g. Angular, React, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow? Map design decisions to best practices via research \u0026 documentation? Contribute to ongoing project initiatives, e.g. discovery documentation, site maps, user flows, and usability/accessibility audits","Skills":"? Bachelors degree in UX Research or equivalent field? 5+ years relevant user research experience working on digital experiences with a proven track record of generating actionable insights that resulted in measurable product improvements.? Professional experience translating user needs into AI strategies? Experience with a broad range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, across the various stages of product development (pre and post product launch)? Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, driving alignment around user needs and incorporating peers into the research process.? Experience planning and driving cross-functional, brainstorming activities (such as design sprints or similar exercises)? Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal) and can present effectively to executive audiences.? Working knowledge of FigJam; basic knowledge of Figma? Experience with UX research methodologies and data analytics? Familiarity with design systems, especially Material Design a big plus. Basic knowledge of Accessibility a plus.? A portfolio of case studies, including research projects and writing samples (please include link in application)?
