Ryder Logistics is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/ Solution Architect to spearhead automation and integration efforts related to WMS system integration and solution... design. Experience with any Manhattan Products is a huge advantage. This role is highly customer facing and requires excellent presentation skills and Sales Mindset. Business Development solutioning including but not limited to: facilitating/translating client needs and objectives into requirements and project estimates, enabling competitive and quality technology solutions in response to clients needs, solution documentation, driving innovative and creative solutions to business challenges, serving as solution lead to construct data flow between Ryder customers and Ryder applications. Key responsibilities include defining technical requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and architecting scalable, repeatable solutions for complex logistics challenges. This individual will sit in the Supply Chain Technology Organization but will heavily be involved in Business Development/ Pre-sales activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing robust solution roadmaps, leveraging expertise in cloud technologies, system migrations, and integration methodologies. The focus will be on WMS Solution Design or new customers. It is crucial that the candidate has a solid understanding of business operations and can communicate effectively with developers, operations personnel, and executive stakeholders.
