There will be some "project manager" duties that this role will call for such as helping with budget planning and project plans. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive scrum experience, able to articulate to teams why scrum as a process is valuable, and deliver successful releases. There will be about 6 releases a year per team. This person will work alongside 3 other scrum masters, however, each are assigned to different teams and projects.
