You?ll work in a swarm model, focusing the team on one priority product at a time to deliver measurable ADA/WCAG accessibility improvements before moving on to the next. This is a fully front-end... role, where you?ll develop and refine ReactJS, HTML, and CSS components, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, and support legacy UI by working with JSPs or similar technologies. You?ll collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to implement pre written accessibility requirements, validate outcomes against VPAT, and document improvements.
