This role is responsible for performing first piece, in-process, and final process and product... More quality audits, including visual and dimensional analysis of incoming raw materials. The position identifies and processes material non-conformances, completes Quality Alerts and Non-Conformance Records for both internal and external suppliers, and manages product quality complaints through resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading investigations using root cause analysis tools to ensure critical and major quality issues are fully addressed with documented corrective actions, collecting and analyzing quality data using tools such as Pareto charts, and conducting layered process audits of the Quality Management System. The role leads internal and external QMS audits, develops and maintains quality records, procedures, work instructions, and forms in accordance with ISO standards, and works closely with manufacturing to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
