The trainer will lead the creation and execution of training programs, maintain accurate certification records, manage tools and reports for workforce improvement, and engage with technology vendors and cybersecurity experts across government and industry. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of IT systems and cybersecurity certification frameworks.Compensation:$60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
