The Technical Consultant is responsible for Implementing and supporting an assigned portfolio of Clinical Ancillary Applications within one of our largest healthcare clients in Manhattan. They will be responsible for conducting day-to-day communication, monitoring, and maintaining applications. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a deep understanding of clinical operations, and works with vendors, project teams, and the clients Clinical Representatives/Subject Matter Experts, and end users to tailor the system to fit the organizations needs. They will routinely perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of Clinical Ancillary systems. They will be responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with assigned Clinical Ancillary applications. They will design, build, test, install, train and maintain those solutions. Our client is looking for Tier 1 Reactive SOC Analyst to operate within a fast-paced MSSP environment supporting approximately 50 customer organizations, each with unique systems, tools, and security... postures. Analysts are responsible for processing a steady flow of tickets, evaluating alerts to determine whether activity represents a legitimate cybersecurity threat, and deciding appropriate next steps, including escalation when necessary. Success in this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, minimally structured environment without constant oversight. Analysts follow established processes while also critically evaluating how investigations are performed, focusing not only on outcomes but on improving detection quality and response workflows.
