Job Description

Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise integrations, including system-to-system, API-based, and data-flow solutions.

· Act as a bridge between business teams, integration developers, platform owners, and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended.

· Support integration initiatives across all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, development support, testing, implementation, and post-deployment stabilization.

· Coordinate and support integration and system testing efforts by assisting with test planning, validating data movement across systems, tracking defects, and facilitating business sign-off.

· Partner with business and IT teams to identify integration gaps, data inconsistencies, or process inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.

· Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

· Serve as the primary point of contact between third-party vendors and internal business, technical, and security teams, coordinating requirements, timelines, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date business, technical, and operational documentation to support delivery and long-term system support.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements and organizational standards.

· Support business and IT teams during acquisitions by analyzing legacy systems, documenting current- and future-state processes, defining integration and data migration requirements, coordinating cross-functional onboarding efforts, and supporting testing and cutover activities

Required Skills & Experience

· Demonstrated experience working across both technical and business teams in an enterprise environment.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for enterprise systems, integrations, or data-driven solutions.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex system interactions.
