The Solutions Engineer will manage production of a specific software responsible for data capture and data analytics. The application is currently in production, but actively in use. They are in the process of migrating it from WPF desktop app to web-based. The Solutions Engineer will work with internal end users, division engineers, development staff, and gather functional requirements from the field staff and the business to transfer into technical requirements for the development group. This role will require a technical background in the O\u0026G industry with a business focused mindset. He/She may be responsible for creating prototypes to show how something functionally works in the system. The goal for the Solutions Engineer is to be eventually groomed into a Product Manager or Product Owner for this application.
